We are doing our best to organize this Meeting face-to-face in Zurich, which, according to current regulations of ETH (July 2021) should be possible under following conditions:
- Wearing a mask inside all ETH buildings, also in the audience during presentations,
- Staying behind a transparent shield when presenting without a mask,
- Taking only the labelled seats in the auditorium,
- Keeping a distance of 1.5m from each other in the lobby,
- Staying at home if you are particularly vulnerable, have COVID-19-similar symptoms, or have been in contact with an infected person during the last 14 days,
- Eating only on the external terrace during coffee breaks, lunch and dinner,
- Being cooperative with the Organizers regarding all safety measures.
We will provide a possibility to all participants who cannot join the meeting in person for COVID-19-related reasons to present their talk or poster on-line. Since the pandemic situation is not stable and the ETH regulations may change, we may be forced to cancel the physical meeting and move it to an online webinar at a relatively short notice.
